Our Pore Seal contains a large dose of Face Feed (that gives it a happy yellow color) and is made with vegetable glycerin,a chamomile tea with calendula & comfrey infusion, aloe vera gel, beeswax, vegetable emulsifier, emu oil. jojoba, wheat germ, vitamin E & sunflower oils. shea butter, honey, lanolin, Rose Hips, Seabuckthorn Berry Pulp Total CO2, frankincense, vitamins A & C. Preservative. Fragrance & color free.

Let's look at the ingredients I chose and why I chose them. Glycerin is a humectant which means it draws moisture to your skin which is a good thing ... especially while you sleep. It's gentle, neutral and forms a light barrier which allows your skin's own Natural Moisturizing Factors to do their work. And our 3-C Tea ... Chamomile, calendula and comfrey are infused into all our oils and waters. You have to have a certain percentage of water in lotion or it won't flow ... but it doesn't have to be plain water. You can put it to work ... you can infuse it with skin-loving herbs as we have. Chamomile soothes, calendula nourishes and comfrey heals ... it's a great triple play for the skin.

Now, beeswax and honey ... well, all I can say is if the world were ruled by bees, we'd all be better off. We have 6 hives for the lavender. And I adore bees and the beeswax I use in all our products is rare, expensive Old Comb wax which means the bees live in the wax for more than a year and the wax is loaded with more propolis and bee goo than wax removed when the honey is taken. Some of the exotic ingredients are from the Face Feed like Seabuckthorn Berry Pulp and emu oil.

Emu oil is in Face Feed. It's totally natural and organic but not vegan. It comes from emus, the bird. It's a by-product like chicken fat; emus are farmed in Australia for meat. And until I give up cheeseburgers I'll use emu oil. The reason emu oil is so compelling is that it's iike a locomotive ... it hauls all the other ingredients deep, deep, deep into the skin where they can do optimum work. Rose hips and Seabuckthorn Berry Pulp are for vitamins A&C. Vitamin E is, well, Vitamin E. And Frankincense (the tree is called Boswellia Carterii) is a known wrinkle inhibitor. It may tingle your a face for sec, but it passes and just think what it's doing!! Fighting wrinkes is worth a little tingle. And if you're goint to use active ingredients, they have to act!

Pore seal is fragrance free, it has a light scent of Face Feed and absorbs quickly so you won't get any on your pillow.

To apply, pump out an amount the size of a pea, a very small pea. Again, dot on your forehead, each cheek, your chin and other either side of your neck. Then lightly blend until the entire area is covered. Don't drag the skin, blend lightly.
